003 Overcoming Fear, Anxiety and Worry
At various points in our lives, we go through periods where we face things that scare us, make us anxious and cause us to worry. These feelings are normal and have their reasons for existence but we cannot let them govern how we live our lives. To really start making progress in any educational environment and life, we need to find ways to help us manage and overcome fear, anxiety and worry. In today's episode, I share with you guys four (4) steps that have helped me build the confidence required to go out and face my fears, anxiety and worry.
